Versace will follow up on last year's signature fragrance for women, Versace Eau de Parfum, with a counterpart for men, Versace Pour Homme. Per Donatella Versace,

I wanted to make it different and be very precise, I didn't want to mix too many smells. Today there are too many components in fragrances on the market — for this I wanted it to have a strong essence.

The aromatic fougere scent was developed by perfumer Alberto Morillas, and includes notes of bergamot, neroli, bitter orange leaves, citron of diamante, geranium, clary sage, blue hycinth, cedar, oud wood, mineral amber, tonka beans and musk.

Versace Pour Homme launches in Italy in April, in the US in August. It will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette and in matching grooming products.
